Saudi Investment Bank has appointed Salman bin Bader Al-Fagham as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026.
The appointment follows the resignation of Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Omran, whose tenure with the bank spanned more than 20 years. According to the Saudi Exchange disclosure, the board accepted Al-Omran’s resignation on September 28, with his service ending on September 30.
Leadership transition
Al-Fagham brings more than two decades of leadership and banking experience in Saudi Arabia. His background includes work at the Saudi Central Bank as well as executive roles at Saudi Investment Bank covering treasury, liquidity management, capital management and balance-sheet management. He most recently reached the position of deputy chief executive officer.
